Jyrki Mustonen

Jyrki has extensive experience in corporate law, both as an attorney and as an in-house lawyer in the finance and telecommunications sectors. In addition to legal expert duties, he has also worked in business development duties both in Finland and abroad. Jyrki handles corporate disputes in negotiations, court and arbitration proceedings, as well as mediation. He is a mediator approved by the Finnish Bar Association. In addition to dispute resolution, he handles assignments related to corporate mergers and contracts.
